What are your delivery fees?​
We charge $1/mi. to and from your venue/shoot location. Looking to waive the fee? We currently offer no delivery fee when you book your event at Four Oaks!

My event will be over the course of multiple days. Can I still rent your equipment?
Absolutely! We are happy to give special rates for extended use. Reach out to us with how long you will be needing the camper for special pricing.

I am getting married. How long do you suggest I rent your euipment for?
The average wedding lasts about 5 hours. We suggest booking any equipment for at least 8hrs so that we can arrive with time to set up and for you or your event planner to decorate the equipment beforehand. Depending on your venue, it usually makes the most sense for us to drop off and pick up the day before and after the wedding along with other vendors, so we aren't disturbing the flow day of!

Can I move the equipment myself?
Unfortunately, once your equipment is placed, it cannot be moved. Only a designated team member from The Band Wagon can move equipment for you. This is to prevent potential injury, as well as damage.
